Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Requirements 1–3 years of experience in presales, business analysis, SaaS consulting, CRM/ERP consulting, or solution design. Strong understanding of Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, and Zoho Projects. Experience conducting discovery sessions, demos, or POCs. Strong business process analysis and solution design skills. Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to translate business requirements into technical-functional solutions. Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and automation concepts is preferred. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus. Zoho certifications are considered a strong advantage. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop. Must be a non-smoker (all types).
