Senior SysOps Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities You will have the opportunity to develop your skills on the most innovative technologies, tools, and methodologies. Your main missions: Collaborate with DevOps/SRE teams to automate Cloud environments using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Design and implement automated, secure, scalable, and performant deployment solutions. Propose technical solutions adapted to client issues. Operate and maintain the Image Factory platform, mainly in a Microsoft Azure environment. Design and maintain automated image creation pipelines with Packer, Ansible, and GitHub Actions. Create, update, and publish Windows and Linux images in Azure Compute Gallery. Apply system updates, security patches, and configuration changes to reference images (Golden Images). Diagnose image generation failures and improve pipeline reliability. Collaborate with Cloud, Security, and Platform Engineering teams to provide standardized images. Ensure image version management, testing, and lifecycle management. Participate in the continuous improvement and automation of the Image Factory platform. Utilize Artificial Intelligence-based solutions to optimize the Image Factory platform. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications Master's degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, deploying, and administering Azure Cloud solutions. Experience with AWS or GCP is an asset. Technical Skills Scripting Languages: Python, Bash, Shell, PowerShell Cloud: Excellent mastery of Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Packer Systems: Linux, Windows Server Hardening (Security Hardening) Patch Management CI/CD: GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins Containers: Docker, Kubernetes Version Control: Git Project Management: Jira, Confluence Methodology: Scrum Desired Qualities Excellent analytical and design skills for complex Azure architectures. Experience with Agile methodologies. Fluent English proficiency. Good communication and client needs understanding skills. Leadership, initiative, and team spirit. Strong adherence to Cloud culture and a desire to promote its benefits.
