Account Manager - Market Research

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities TGM Research is one of the fastest growing and most innovative market research companies, offering valuable insights to businesses across various industries. We are committed to delivering high-quality market research solutions to our clients by connecting them with the right participants through our online panels. This role sits within our EMEA Client Service team. Internally titled Client Service Manager , it is equivalent to an Account Manager role, combining client ownership, project delivery, and revenue growth responsibilities. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, managing and growing key accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction while maximizing the use of our online panels. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, while also overseeing and coordinating project execution in close collaboration with the fieldwork team. You will also contribute to commercial and strategic initiatives, identifying opportunities for account growth and supporting the development of new business within your assigned territory. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in both account management and/or project management within the market research online panel companies. The ideal candidate would already possess both skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English, both spoken and written Fluent German would be an advantage Excellent problem-solving abilities.
