Accountant

CIS Group ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Accountant to join our Accounting dynamic team. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, develop key skills, and grow within our organization. Duties/

Responsibilities

• Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepares financial statements
• Main Tasks Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting standards Participate in the month-end closing process, including journal entries, inventory variation and reconciliations Perform inter-company reconciliations and investigate discrepancies Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding balances Reconcile bank statements and resolve differences Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Handle petty cash and employee expense reports, ensuring proper control and documentation Support VAT, NSSF, and tax declarations and ensure compliance with local regulations Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documentation Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management Ensure adherence to internal controls and company procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in accounting or related field. 3 5 years of relevant experience in accounting. Experience in NSSF and tax declaration is a plus. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data handling) Experience with accounting systems / ERP is a plus High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks Languages: Arabic, English, French.
