Accounts Executive Checking & Posting of all Vendor Invoices. Checking & posting of all Credit card payments. Bank Reconciliation. Reconciliation of all vendor accounts. VAT filing, Implication of VAT on shipping & Logistics Sending SOA & Follow up for Account Receivables Handling of petty cash Maintaining & updating cash / bank transactions in Excel file Preparing & posting all vouchers Closing of all Jobs Proper upkeep & filing of all documents Verifying and closing all the jobs. Sending SOA to the customers time to time. Must be well versed with tally and other computer software.
