Accounts Assistant

Patriot Limousine is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting operations, financial recordkeeping, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist the finance team with billing, reconciliation, documentation, and accurate data entry to ensure smooth financial processes within the limousine division.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting tasks including data entry, posting transactions, and maintaining financial records
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
• Maintain up-to-date ledgers, expense reports, and petty cash records
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and internal financial policies
• Maintain proper documentation for audits, VAT filings, and internal reviews

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. 1 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in transportation or service industries
• Basic knowledge of UAE accounting practices and VAT regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)

Desired Candidate Profile
