Administrator - CAFM

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Ensure the CAFM system has up-to-date details for all contracts (Resources, SLAs, Assets, PPMs, Locations, Escalations, etc…) Ensure the CAFM system Modules (Stores, Mobility, Reports, Remote Access/Reach, PDAs, BMS, Project, etc…) are configured to suit Operations’ requirements. Monitor the life cycle of asset management using the CAFM system and highlight to the line manager in case of any discrepancies or deviations from the plan in order to ensure the assets are managed effectively across the organization Schedule preventive maintenance and work orders using the CAFM system as required by To manage and update CAFM system and its related Modules/Devices in order to ensure assets are inspected, tested, maintained and certified in accordance with statutory and corporate regulations, rules and best practice and records are maintained and can be readily located and made available for inspection To resolve any system/user issues in coordination with IT department/CAFM Supplier and operations To support/train users of CAFM/CAFM related tools To lead and/or contribute to key projects to achieve asset management objectives Operations (Contractual requirements) / Asset Management Policy Desired Candidate Profile Bachelors Degree in IT or relevant 3 years of experience in facilities management, with direct exposure to CAFM system Excel knowledge (formulas & Pivot tables) Knowledge of CAFM system (FSI Concept, Maximo, etc.) Employment Type Full-time Company Industry Facilities Management Department / Functional Area InstallationMaintenanceOperationsRepair Keywords CAFM SystemCAFM SpecialistCAFM System AdministrationCAFMWork Order ManagementFacility Management Reporting Get real-time job updates only on our App
