Admixture Systems Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE: Marketing and Sales company products to achieve organization targets. MAIN TASKS DUTIES AND

Responsibilities

• Searching for new clients who could benefit from SIKA - Jordan products and maximizing client potential in a designated region
• Visit potential clients
• Maintaining existing relationships with customers
• Regular visits to Consultants
• Preparing daily, weekly plan, and Daily Report
• Attending Monthly Sales Meeting
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance, Support and product education
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
• Providing customers/potential customers with required Samples, by contacting Technical Dept. through Logistics Dept
• Negotiating payment terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
• Payments collection from customers
• Coordinate with customers and Logistics Dept. to arrange product Delivery (Place & Date)
• Offering after-sales support services
• Collecting customer feedback
• Maintain necessary data and records for future reference
• To convey customer requirements to Management
• In addition to the above, focusing on Construction System market is required
• Any additional task requested from the immediate supervisor and/or senior management, to increase the organization overall performance
• Relating to EHS responsibility, He has to be an example to all employees
• Monitor competitor activities, market pricing trends, and report key findings to management on a regular basis
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs as agreed with the General Sales Manager
