Position: Aftermarket Sales Engineer - Centrifugal

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop aftermarket sales opportunities for centrifugal pumps
• Promote and sell spare parts, repair services, site support, retrofits, and service contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Develop business opportunities in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Water sectors
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and basic troubleshooting of pump performance issues
• Prepare technically and commercially competitive quotations and proposals
• Coordinate with service, engineering, OEM, and supply chain teams for timely service delivery
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Maintain the sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and submit regular activity reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical practices

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field. 6 8 years of experience in centrifugal pumps or rotating equipment sales and service
• Strong knowledge of pump internals, hydraulics, and repair methods
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
