Agriculture Projects Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •Responsible for internal landscaping designs and construction matters; •Advise the client and design team in all matters related to landscape architecture; •Handle planning, budgeting, coordinating and overseeing the execution of the landscape operations, management and construction; •Coordinate with other relevant disciplines such as quantity surveyor, civil and mechanical engineers and architects; •Prepares reports and guidelines documents pertaining to specific clients’ landscape issues; •Liaising and monitoring site progress and ensuring the quality of landscape materials (plants, sand, irrigation materials, etc.); •Assist and work closely with commissioning team for project completion; •Administrative function includes overseeing work schedule to include staff assignment and rotation as well as staff promotion, training and development; •Carry-out ad-hoc/other duties to be assigned by the superiors as needed; •Ensuring a safe working environment for everyone working at the site; •Strictly adhering to company rules and regulations; •Maintaining good relationship with team mates and superiors. Desired Candidate Profile Must have a Degree in Bachelor of Science – Civil Engineering or urban design With previous experience (minimum of 10 years) as landscaping managerial works from a reputable agricultural contractor; With excellent leadership and management skills to handle a team with various background and expertise in related fields; With deep knowledge in Horticulture and solid work experience in doing maintenance garden works Must be 30 - 45 years old; Gender: Male; Must have a Driver’s License; Good communication skills (speak and write) using Basic English language; knowledge in Arabic language is an advantage Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint, MS Project, and Autocad).
