Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Title: Alliances & Partnerships Executive Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 2–5 Years Department: Sales Reports to: Chief Strategy Officer Salary: upto 7K-8K AED + medical insurance + air ticket Location- Dubai About the Role We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Alliances & Partnerships Executive to support the growth of our technology vendor ecosystem across the Middle East. Working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, you will play a key role in identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships with global and regional technology vendors across Enterprise IT, Cybersecurity, ELV, AV, Cloud, and related technology domains. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to build a career in strategic alliances, vendor management, and technology distribution. Key Responsibilities Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding Identify, evaluate, and support the onboarding of global, regional, and niche technology vendors. Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective vendors, including research, qualification status, and follow-up activities. Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities. Partnership & Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and internal stakeholders. Manage vendor databases, partnership trackers, and contract renewal schedules. Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder engagement to ensure productive partnerships. Events & Partner Engagement Support the planning and execution of vendor roadshows, partner events, executive meetings, and customer roundtables. Assist with MDF (Market Development Funds), co-marketing initiatives, rebate programs, and joint business activities. Go-to-Market Support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute joint go-to-market strategies and partner enablement initiatives. Support business planning, pipeline development, marketing campaigns, and vendor performance reviews. Prepare competitive analysis and partnership recommendations for leadership. Presentations & Reporting Create professional presentations, partnership proposals, executive briefs, and business case documents. Track partnership performance, sales pipeline, event outcomes, and key KPIs. Prepare regular reports and insights for management. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline. MBA is an advantage. 2–5 years of experience in IT Distribution, Channel Sales, Vendor Management, Partnerships, Alliances, Business Development, or Technology Sales. Understanding of the IT channel ecosystem, including OEMs, VADs, VARs, system integrators, and reseller models. Knowledge of vendor programs, MDF, rebates, co-marketing initiatives, and channel engagement. Strong relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing abilities. Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to research markets and identify new partnership opportunities. Preferred Experience Exposure to Tier 1 or Tier 2 technology vendors within the Middle East. Experience supporting vendor onboarding, partner enablement, or channel development initiatives. Familiarity with enterprise IT, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, ELV, or AV solutions. Experience coordinating partner events, vendor showcases, or technology roadshows is advantageous. What We're Looking For Relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills.
