Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Main Responsibilities & Tasks Key Responsibilities & Tasks Application Support and Maintenance Provide technical support for existing applications, resolving issues, improving performance, and ensuring scalability & reliability Maintain accurate and up-to-date application documentation, including user manuals, guides & technical specifications Application Development and Testing Assist in designing, developing, testing, and implementing new software applications to meet business requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop test cases, and ensure solution fit Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering Elicit business requirements through stakeholder engagement, analysis, and documentation Develop business cases, proposals, and technical specifications to support application development & implementation System Integration and Configuration Integrate applications with existing systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and compatibility Configure applications to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and user experience Training and Documentation Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring effective adoption & utilization Maintain accurate and relevant user documentation, including guides, manuals & FAQs Other Tasks Job descriptions are written to reflect major accountabilities and will not describe all the tasks which may be performed by an individual.
