Area Manager – F&B Industry

Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant branches across assigned locations. Ensure all branches comply with company policies, operational procedures, and food safety standards. Monitor sales performance, profitability, operating costs, and branch KPIs. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Conduct regular branch visits and evaluate operational performance. Supervise and support Branch Managers to achieve business targets. Monitor staffing, manpower planning, training, and employee performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, preferably in Qatar. Proven experience managing multiple restaurant branches is mandatory. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, sales management, cost control, and profitability. Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID.
