The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in art direction within these industries, a proven ability to lead and inspire a team, and a passion for creating compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audience. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional creative skills, capable of overseeing all visual aspects of marketing and product campaigns from concept to execution. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement innovative visual strategies and concepts for all marketing and advertising campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives, specifically tailored for FMCG and cosmetics products.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance creative environment.Ensure all visual outputs align with My Way Egypt Group's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and high-quality standards across all platforms and materials.Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to translate business objectives into impactful visual solutions.Oversee the production of all visual assets, including digital content, print materials, packaging, social media graphics, and promotional videos.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in the FMCG and cosmetics markets to ensure My Way Egypt Group remains at the forefront of creative excellence.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver creative projects on schedule and within scope.
