Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities Compensation & Benefits Salary Modelling Incentive designing Sales Target and KPI Mapping Performance Appraisal Performance Management System - PMS HRMS for improving efficiency of PMS (HR.net - -> Paperless) Project Specific and Business Specific Evaluation forms designer Rostered and Scheduled Quarterly and Annual reviews for all grades Restructured the org structure / Grading for increasing productivity and achieving company goals Improve overall employee performance with the new system Employee Change of Status (Promotions / Role upgrade / Transfers) Recruitment Hiring Manager of Contact for the entire Dubai Operations Structured Recruitment Process Complying with the Recruitment Process for Each concern i. Employment Requisition ii. Sourcing and Screening iii. Interview and Offer Closure iv. On boarding and Induction Coordinate for Pre-joining for new joiners ( Arranging all office amenities) Visa processing online and typing Onboarding and Induction For All staff at all levels Payroll and Employee Relations Operational knowledge of complete payroll system HRMS for improving efficiency Experience in Compensation and Benefits Planning for employees Employee Engagement activities Recruitment Handling all the recruitment requirements for all eleven departments i. Sales & Marketing ii. Contract Logistics iii. Freight forwarding iv. Project Logistics v. Transportation vi. Fairs and Events vii. Client Services viii. IT ix. Finance x. Administration Government & Business affairs xi. HR Complying to the Global and MEA process for recruitment (Outline given Below) I. Employment Requisition II. Sourcing and Screening III. Interview and Offer Closure IV.
