Assistant Manager - Merchandiser

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Objective: This position supports the Brand Manager in planning and executing product and assortment strategies to achieve financial targets. The role is responsible for merchandise allocation, in-season performance tracking, open-to-buy (OTB) management, and ensuring optimal stock availability across all stores in the region. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with overseas brand planners to align strategies and react swiftly to changing business conditions. Liaise with Store Operations teams to refine store clustering strategies and drive location-based growth. Partner with marketing and omni-channel teams to support campaign pricing, event-based forecasting, and digital merchandising initiatives. Provide weekly and monthly business performance reports and insights to support data-driven decisions. Conduct regular store visits and competitor analysis with the Brand Manager, sharing actionable feedback for improvements. Desired Experience: 5-7 years of progressive experience in merchandising, with a strong background in financial planning, in-season sales forecasting, and OTB management. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to drive aligned merchandise strategies. Strong analytical and commercial acumen with hands-on experience in merchandise allocation and category performance management.
