Arrange facultative reinsurance support and negotiate terms with reinsurers. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, reinsurers, and reinsurance brokers. Monitor portfolio performance, premium growth, profitability, and underwriting KPIs. Desired Candidate Profile

Education

ACII, Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Engineering, or a related discipline

Experience

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar role Soft

Skills

Ability to supervise, mentor, with strong decision-making skills
