Assistant Professor of Oral Histopathology

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Teach and deliver lectures on Oral Histopathology to undergraduates. Supervise laboratory work, ensuring students gain practical skills in histological techniques and oral pathology. Engage in the continuous development of the curriculum in Oral Histopathology. Lead research initiatives, contribute to existing dental research projects and secure external funding where applicable. Provide mentorship and guidance to students in academic and research activities. Participate in university committees and other activities to support the academic environment. Work collaboratively with faculty and staff to promote the department’s educational objectives. Desired Candidate Profile A proven track record of teaching excellence at the university level, having 2+ years of experience in university teaching. Research published in journals and indexed in the Scopus database. Dedication to continued professional development. Dedication to renewing, developing, and proposing curricula. Ability to communicate effectively in English orally and in writing. Advanced use of technology in the education process (delivering classes via presentations, using e-learning systems, reports, etc.). Willingness to provide all necessary and required services to the university and college.
