Sales Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Contact potential and existing customers via phone and social media. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Present and explain the company's services effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Negotiate with clients and close sales. Follow up with leads and convert them into customers. Update customer information and maintain accurate records. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent phone communication skills. Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities. Confident in presenting services and handling objections. Customer-focused with a professional attitude. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Good organizational and time management skills. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media). Team player with a positive attitude. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is required; Hindi/ Urdu is an advantage.
