Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive technology is preferred for foundational knowledge. Valid automotive technician certification (e.g., ASE) demonstrating proficiency in specific repair areas and commitment to the field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair, showcasing a well-rounded skill set in various vehicle systems.
