The portfolio includes solvent-based alkyds, acrylics, unsaturated and saturated polyesters, water-based emulsions, adhesives, and various specialty chemicals, offering diverse opportunities for technical and engineering professionals.Role DescriptionThe Automation & Controls Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 1st 6 October. Design, implement, and maintain automation and control systems for chemical production lines, including PLCs, HMIs, drives, and related instrumentation.Develop control strategies for automation and control systems.Configure and program control systems.Commission new equipment.Optimize existing processes for safety, reliability, and efficiency.Troubleshoot automation and electrical issues.Coordinate with production, maintenance, and process engineering teams.Manage project timelines, documentation, and technical reports.Support continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with relevant standards.
