BI Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled BI Developer to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will leverage 4-6 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and analytical reports that align with business requirements, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements Design, develop, test, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports Create and optimize data models, dataflows, and DAX calculations Integrate data from multiple sources using ETL processes Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance tuning Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions, implementing enhancements as needed Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices Document BI solutions, processes, and technical specifications Desired Candidate Profile 4-6 years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX Strong knowledge of data modeling and SQL Experience with ETL processes and integrating data from multiple sources Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and data warehousing concepts Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
