As a Italian - English Senior Sales Representative working on site in Cairo, Egypt, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.What You’ll be DoingYour role as a Senior Sales Advisor will involve generating new business, contacting existing customers, and using a consultative approach to provide tailored solutions that meet the clients’ unique needs, while executing sales strategies to achieve the targets through both outbound and inbound sales calls. During a Typical Day, You’llGrow your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships and ensuring retention.Getting through to the decision maker by utilizing the Influencers and Users to help close the business.Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs, with the goal of increasing volume for existing clients and acquiring volume for new customers.To respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experience.Identify the customer’s shipping profile to secure their business or alternatively, refer the lead to the appropriate channel.A Bit More About Your RoleWe’ll train you to be a subject matter expert in your field, so you can be confident in providing the highest level of service possible whether through voice, chat or email interactions.
