BIM Computational Engineer Facade

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement parametric facade design strategies using scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#) and BIM software to optimize performance and aesthetics. Automate repetitive modeling tasks and data extraction processes within the BIM environment to enhance project efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with architects and facade engineers to translate complex design concepts into buildable and performant facade systems. Perform advanced analysis and simulation of facade elements, including thermal, solar, structural, and daylighting performance, using computational tools. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computational Design, or a related field. Proven experience in computational design and BIM, with a strong portfolio showcasing facade projects. Expertise in parametric modeling software (e.g., Grasshopper, Dynamo) and scripting languages (Python, C#). Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD) with a focus on facade modeling and data management.
