BIM Coordinator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, digital deliverables, information management, and BIM workflow implementation for infrastructure and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in BIM coordination, model management, digital construction tools, and project documentation. Responsibilities: Coordinate BIM models across civil, utilities, electrical, mechanical, structural, landscape, and other project disciplines. Manage model federation, clash detection, coordination reviews, BIM issue tracking, and follow-up of model-related actions. Review BIM submissions, model quality, naming conventions, levels of detail/information, drawing extraction, and data consistency. Coordinate with designers, discipline engineers, contractors, document control teams, and project management to support BIM deliverables. Prepare BIM coordination reports, clash reports, model review comments, meeting inputs, as-built model updates, and handover deliverables. Support compliance with project BIM requirements, information management standards, digital workflows, and common data environment procedures. Maintain BIM registers, model status updates, coordination records, and issue logs. Provide recommendations for improving BIM workflows, model quality, coordination efficiency, and digital handover outputs. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, BIM, Digital Construction, or a related field. Proven work experience of at least 5 to 7 years in BIM coordination, model management, multidisciplinary coordination, and infrastructure or building projects. In-depth knowledge of BIM workflows, model coordination, clash detection, information management, model federation, and digital deliverables. Proficiency in using Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, BIM/ACC, AutoCAD, and related BIM coordination tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage model review comments, clash reports, and BIM deliverable requirements. Excellent coordination, reporting, document control awareness, and communication skills. BIM coordination and digital delivery experience, preferably fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
