Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for Fire Life Safety (FLS) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems using Revit and other BIM tools. Perform scaling, dimensioning, and line locating for FLS, FF, ELV, and BMS layouts and designs. Interpret FLS, FF, ELV, and BMS schematics, sketches, and specifications to create accurate models and drawings. Collaborate with onsite teams to integrate FLS, FF, ELV, and BMS systems into modular construction projects. Ensure all FLS, FF, ELV, BMS models and drawings comply with industry standards and project requirements. Prepare and manage project documentation, including FLS, FF, ELV, BMS drawings, specifications, and reports. Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., electrical, mechanical, structural) to ensure designs are clash-free. Update and revise models and drawings in response to engineering change orders or client feedback. Maintain organized project files and ensure all documentation is current and accessible. Work closely with the design engineering team to develop and implement BIM standards and best practices for FLS, FF, ELV, BMS systems. Support the project team with FLS, FF, ELV, and BMS drawings and models from concept to as-built stages. Attend client meetings to discuss FLS, FF, ELV, and BMS design-related topics and provide technical input. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Experience: 2-5 years of experience in BIM Modeling, specifically for Fire Life Safety (FLS) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. Experience in modular construction is preferred. Proficiency in Revit (mandatory) and AutoCAD (mandatory). Experience with other BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360) is a plus. Familiarity with clash detection software (e.g., Navisworks Manage) is desirable. Experience working on projects involving FLS systems (e.g., fire alarms, smoke control, sprinklers) and ELV systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, structured cabling). Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, BS, IEC) is required.
