Brand Marketing ManagerDepartment: MarketingLocation: Obour City, Egypt (On-site)Employment Type: Full-TimeWorking Days: Saturday – ThursdayAbout the RoleRAXEIRA Beauty is looking for a highly motivated and strategic Brand Manager to lead the growth and positioning of our brand across digital, medical, e-commerce, retail, and activation channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, managing brand communications, overseeing creative execution, driving product launches, leading influencer and medical marketing initiatives, and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints. This role requires a commercially driven leader who can collaborate crossfunctionally to strengthen brand awareness, accelerate business growth, and maximize sales performance.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacies , Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG, Healthcare, or E-commerce. Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and brand development. Experience with influencer marketing, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms including *Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and Jumia**. Experience managing creative teams and external agencies. Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills. * Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate brand strategy into business growth.
