Construction Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee building construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and proven experience managing large-scale construction projects in the UAE. Key Responsibilities: Manage overall construction activities and site operations. Plan, coordinate, and supervise project execution as per schedule and budget. Lead project engineers, site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Monitor project progress, cost control, and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. 10+ years of experience in building construction. Minimum 8 years’ experience in UAE construction companies. Strong knowledge of project management and construction methodologies.
