Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports accurately and on time. Analyse business performance and translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations. Develop new reports and automate existing planning and reporting processes. Create dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx. Partner with key stakeholders to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities. Generate business-specific reports and simulations, including sales incentive calculations. Communicate reporting and incentive information clearly to relevant stakeholders. Manage multiple reporting requirements while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx. Experience handling large volumes of data. Strong planning, organisation, and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to assess situations quickly and provide practical recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Minimum of five years of professional experience. At least three years of relevant experience, preferably within the automotive industry. Experience in business analysis, management reporting, dashboard development, or performance analytics. Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Excel, or similar analytical tools. Ability to translate complex data into clear insights that support business decisions.
