Documenting requirements and preparing business analysis documents. Analyze current processes and suggest opportunities for improvement. Preparing workflow templates and procedural maps. Coordination between work teams (management, technology, operations, etc.). Assistance in prioritizing requirements and managing changes. Participate in testing the solutions and ensuring they meet the requirements. Preparing reports and presentations on the results of the analysis. Monitoring performance indicators and measuring the impact of implemented solutions. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. It is preferable to obtain professional certifications such as CBAP, ECBA, or PMI-PBA. Experience in business analysis (depending on job level). Required skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to gather and clearly document requirements. Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders. Proficient in preparing reports and presentations. Knowledge of work methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Mastering tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, Jira or Azure DevOps.
