As part of the development of our activities around CRM solutions and digital transformation, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with 5 years of experience in selling IT solutions and services, ideally acquired within an information systems integrator. Your r the You are at the heart of the growth dynamic: You identify, develop and realize new business opportunities around CRM solutions and the Microsoft ecosystem. You are involved from start to finish, from prospecting to signing, with a central role in structuring and executing our commercial strategy. Main missions Business development Identify and prospect for new accounts in the Tunisian and international markets. Structuring and developing a high-potential client portfolio Identifying opportunities related to commercial performance challenges and digital transformation Participate in defining go-to-market strategies and business development actions. Sales cycle management Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract signing. Prepare and lead sales meetings, demonstrations and customer presentations. Develop commercial proposals in collaboration with the technical and consulting teams. Managing a structured pipeline and ensuring reliable sales forecasts Participate in trade meetings and pipeline reviews. Customer advice and support Understanding the business challenges (sales, marketing, customer service, reporting) Positioning CRM solutions as levers for performance and management Desired Candidate Profile Training Holder of a degree in commerce, management information systems, information systems management or an equivalent degree. Experience 5 years in business development / IT solutions sales Essential experience in IT services, software publisher or systems integrator Solid experience in complex B2B sales (long cycles, multiple stakeholders) Expected technical skills Mastery of complex B2B sales techniques. My mastery of SaaS/Cloud mods Advanced pipeline management and forecasting Good understanding of CRM processes (lead management, opportunities, pipeline, forecasting) Ability to position a CRM within a global information system (ERP, marketing tools, customer service) Good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem Behavioral skills Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
