Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct outbound tele-calling campaigns targeting UAE-based businesses and decision-makers. Generate qualified leads and business opportunities for consulting and compliance services. Pitch and promote the firm's professional services, including: Accounting Services Bookkeeping Services VAT Registration & Compliance Services Financial Reporting Services CFO Advisory & Financial Consulting Services Corporate Compliance and Business Advisory Services Utilize an existing database and professional network to identify and approach potential clients. Schedule meetings and appointments for Director-Business Development. Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects. Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of the firm's services. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems. Achieve monthly lead generation, appointment-setting. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target segments within the UAE Desired Candidate Profile Experience working in tele-calling operations in India supporting UAE consulting practices. Experience with CRM platforms and lead management tools. Familiarity with UAE Free Zone, Mainland, and SME business segments. Strong understanding of UAE VAT, accounting, compliance, and corporate services ecosystem. Consistent track record of achieving lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
