Business Development Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across various industries in the UAE. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, site visits, and other sales activities. Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand customer requirements and present Greenloop's services. Promote sustainability initiatives and educate clients on environmentally responsible waste management practices. Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers. Negotiate contracts and successfully close new business opportunities. Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Follow up on inquiries and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools. Collaborate with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. Represent Greenloop at exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences when required. Submit daily activity reports, weekly sales updates, and monthly performance reports. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field. 2–5 years of business development or B2B sales experience in the UAE. Experience in waste management, environmental services, recycling, industrial services, logistics, or facility management will be an advantage. Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
