Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Experience - 5 -10 yrs of Staffing Experience required. Saudi Experience is preferred. Saudi Driving License will be an advantage. (Valid / Expired) Key Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the staffing/recruitment industry (Gulf experience is a strong advantage). Strong network of industry contacts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Understanding of visa processes, labor laws, and compliance regulations in GCC countries.
