Key Responsibilities: Strategic Expansion: Drive business growth and client acquisition across both our specialized financial services (US Tax, Payroll, Bookkeeping) and our general public service divisions. AI Implementation: Utilize advanced AI ecosystems (e.g., LLMs, Generative AI) to streamline market research, automate lead generation, and elevate professional communications. Workflow & App Development: Design, build, and deploy custom applications and automated workflows to increase internal operational efficiency and improve the client onboarding experience. Global Client Management: Conduct high-level negotiations, presentations, and ongoing communications with our US-based and international clientele, ensuring flawless and culturally attuned interactions. Service Optimization: Bridge technical capabilities with operational needs, ensuring our diverse range of services is delivered faster and smarter through automated solutions.
