Business Development Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for sales and collection targets, improving Bedding Accessories business (Linen business) from existing and new Hospitality customers, new market development in the given territory Continuously liase with existing suppliers for Linen and develop new suppliers with focus on price, quality, and service. Should have analytical skills, presentation skills and extensive experience in dealing with Hospitality customers in the Middle East market for the Linen business. Should have the ability to develop good relationships with Hospitality customers and suppliers Responsible for appointing distributors for Bedding accessories in the Middle East market and monitoring their performance. Manage sales team including conducting training programs, monitoring daily activities including reviewing their performance for effectiveness. To report daily about the progress including competitors' activities and adhere to the company's policy Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred for advanced strategic insight. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in a competitive industry. Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets, demonstrating strong negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track progress and optimize sales strategies. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for international engagement. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and persuade stakeholders. Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing business opportunities.
