Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target market. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth. Develop and present proposals, presentations, and business cases to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategy. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients. Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. SaaS Experience is a plus.
