Business Development Manager

We are looking for experienced Business Development Manager – Healthcare Recruitment to drive new client acquisition and business growth across the UAE and GCC. The role will focus on developing relationships with hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and healthcare organizations, generating recruitment mandates for Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics and all other Allied Healthcare Professionals, and managing the complete business development cycle from lead generation to client onboarding as well as closures .

Requirements

• 5 to 15+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment/business development coming with recruitment agency background or may be from hospital & healthcare, strong in overall Middle East, UAE,KSA & other GCC, European market healthcare knowledge, proven B2B sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, go getter attitude and a strong track record of achieving business targets
• Well versed with all healthcare requirements knowledge in facing or doing cold calling with clients confidently
• He/She will be stationed in Dubai but focusing on overall business development of healthcare
