Business Development Manager – MICE & Travel

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to help grow Almosaferalarabi.com, a Wandora.ai company, across Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China, with a primary focus on developing Middle East market leads for travelers who want to come to our region.This is not a regular travel operations role. We want someone who can build business, create opportunities, and convert leads into revenue. The ideal candidate will be based in Egypt, speak Arabic fluently, and have strong experience in travel business development, partnerships, and sales.Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities for Almosaferalarabi.com, a Wandora.ai company. Focus mainly on Middle East market leads interested in traveling to Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China. Build partnerships with travel agencies, corporates, and trade partners. Target both B2B and B2C opportunities. Prepare travel itineraries, group travel plans, and customized proposals. Develop business in MICE travel, group travel, corporate travel, and medical tourism. Identify and convert leads into confirmed business. Work closely with the team to support growth and sales performance. Represent the company professionally in meetings, calls, and negotiations.
