Business Development Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities ● Identify and secure new business in manpower recruitment and supply, targeting oil & gas, petrochemical, construction, and manufacturing clients. ● Develop project-based manpower hiring opportunities, including workforce mobilization for large-scale projects. ● Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and manpower supply agreements. ● Identify complementary trading opportunities (industrial materials/equipment) where relevant. ● Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients; coordinate with recruitment/operations to fulfill manpower demand. ● Monitor Saudi labor market trends, Nitaqat/Saudization requirements, and competitor activity. ● Represent the company at client meetings and industry events; report on pipeline and sales performance. Desired Candidate Profile ● Bachelor's degree required; Engineering preferred. ● 5–8 years in business development/sales in manpower recruitment (blue- and white-collar). ● Prior experience in project-based manpower hiring; trading experience is a plus. ● Proven Saudi market experience; Eastern Province experience strongly preferred. ● Knowledge of Saudi labor law and Nitaqat/Saudization practices. ● Fluent English required; Hindi/Urdu is a plus. ● Valid Saudi driving license; willing to travel for client visits.
