Job Description Roles & Responsibilities � We're Hiring: Business Development Executive Join our growing Holiday Homes team in Dubai! 1️⃣ Full-Time Salary package based on experience and qualifications Employment visa after successful completion of the 3-month probation period Probation (3 Months) Target: 2 signed units/month ✅ 2 units – Continue on full salary package ✅ 1 unit – AED 1,500 + commission ✅ 0 units – AED 1,000 Employment continuation and visa sponsorship after probation are subject to performance review. 2️⃣ Commission-Based Basic Salary: AED 1,500 AED 300 monthly calling allowance Target: 2 signed apartments/month Performance ✅ 2 apartments – AED 1,500 + commission ✅ 1 apartment – AED 1,000 + commission ✅ 0 apartments – AED 300 calling allowance only Commission per Unit Studio & 1BR – AED 1,000 2BR – AED 2,000 3BR – AED 2,500 Commission is payable after the first owner's payout. Office attendance required twice per week. Requirements ✔ Sales or business development experience ✔ Real Estate/Holiday Homes experience is an advantage ✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills ✔ Self-motivated and target-driven � Interested? Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
