Business Intelligence & Performance Analyst

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Consolidate operational and financial data from all Business Units into enterprise performance dashboards and executive scorecards. Design, develop, and maintain WBR, MBR, KPI dashboards, and management reports. Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into analytical and reporting solutions. Build automated data models, ETL processes, and reporting pipelines to eliminate manual reporting. Analyze trends, variances, profitability, productivity, inventory, sales, procurement, customer, and operational performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain KPI definitions, business metrics, and data governance standards to ensure consistency across the Group. Partner with Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial performance analysis. Collaborate with IT on system integrations, data architecture, and cloud-based analytics solutions. Support digital transformation initiatives, process automation, and continuous improvement projects. Present findings and recommendations to senior management with clear business impact.
