FMCG Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives, merchandisers, and promoters. Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and KPIs. Monitor product availability, stock levels, and shelf visibility across retail outlets. Implement merchandising standards and promotional activities in line with company guidelines. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and distributors. Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of service satisfaction. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports. Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment. Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to improve productivity and performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in the FMCG industry, KSA region. Proven experience managing sales and merchandising teams. Strong understanding of retail operations, distribution, and merchandising principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
