Business Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive business growth initiatives, and support the company's strategic objectives.This role combines operations management, project coordination, partnership development, affiliate management, competitive intelligence, marketing support, and AI-driven process improvement.The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, resourceful, and able to take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth execution across departments (Support, Marketing, Development, Design, Risk)Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects, ensuring on-time deliveryIdentify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners; monitor affiliate performanceCoordinate website updates, monitor UX and conversion performanceMonitor competitors, industry trends, and prepare regular competitive analysis reportsPropose and coordinate marketing initiatives, email campaigns, and automation workflowsIdentify and implement AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiencyPrepare weekly reports covering business performance, affiliate activity, marketing, competitor insights, and project status
