As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll work closely with different teams to understand how things are currently done, document them in a simple way, and help improve them where needed.If you’re the kind of person who can take a messy process and turn it into something easy to follow and efficient, this role is for you.What you’ll be doing Sit with teams to understand how their work actually happens day-to-day Turn that into clear, simple process maps and workflows Document processes and keep SOPs updated and easy to follow Spot gaps, inefficiencies, or areas that can be improved Support redesigning processes to make them smoother and more consistent Work with teams to make sure new processes are understood and applied Keep documentation organised and up to date Support follow-ups on improvements and basic reporting when neededWorking Hours: 11:00AM to 7:00PMWorking Days: Monday to Friday ( Saturday & Sunday ).Work Location: Heliopolis, Cairo
