Desired Candidate Profile Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, establishing a solid foundation in the relevant disciplines. Holds relevant certifications in Calypso or a related financial technology, showcasing a commitment to professional development. Has 3+ years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on derivatives trading, demonstrating a deep understanding of the business domain. Demonstrates a proven track record of working with Calypso, with experience in configuration, customization, and development. Exhibits strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, and SQL, providing the technical expertise needed for the role. Displays excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of dissecting complex issues and developing effective solutions. Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrates a proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results. Is fluent in English, both written and spoken, facilitating effective communication with a global team and international clients.
