Channel Sales & Distribution Executive (IT / Structured Cabling)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and onboard large retail stores, hypermarkets, reseller and distribution networks Pitch and secure shelf space for private label products Expand distribution for existing brands across new channels Build and manage relationships with procurement managers / buyers/ stockists/ warehouse managers Negotiate pricing, margins, and supply terms for bulk deals Ensure consistent stock movement (sell-in & sell-out tracking) Coordinate with internal team for inventory planning & replenishment Monitor competitor presence and optimize in-store visibility Achieve monthly volume and revenue targets Desired Candidate Profile 2–5 years experience in channel sales / distribution / FMCG / electronics retail Strong network with retail buyers, wholesalers, or distributors (Oman/UAE preferred) Proven track record in high-volume sales and product placement Good negotiation and relationship-building skills Basic understanding of IT/networking products (preferred, not mandatory) Success Metrics (KPIs) Number of new retail accounts opened Shelf placements secured Monthly volume movement (units sold) Revenue from new channels Repeat orders / account retention Employment Type Full Time Company Industry IT - Hardware & Networking Department / Functional Area SalesBusiness Development Keywords Distribution ExecutiveChannel Sales ManagerBusiness Development ManagerChannelContract NegotiationSales StrategyMarket DevelopmentVendor ManagementSales Business Development Get real-time job updates only on our App
