Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the HR leadership office. Key Responsibilities:Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the CHRO.Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.Prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related documents.Handle internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CHRO.Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.Maintain confidential HR records and documentation.Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required.Support HR projects and departmental initiatives.
