Civil Site Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a contracting environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., RICS, CIQS) are a strong advantage. Operational Experience: Strong proficiency in quantity surveying and BOQ preparation, sharp analytical instincts, and a solid grasp of contract management. Contract & Tender Management: Solid experience in contract management, subcontractor negotiation, developing tender documents, and delivering clear financial reports. Site Supervision: Proven ability to directly supervise construction sites, managing teams, timelines, and quality standards on the ground. Desired Candidate Profile Problem Solving Skills: Comfortable under pressure, precise by habit, and proactive about flagging risk before it becomes a problem. Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). Bahraini national preferred.
