Civil Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety protocols. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, preventing project delays. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with engineering standards. Facilitate communication between project managers, engineers, and field workers to resolve issues and optimize workflow. Maintain detailed records of project progress, daily reports, and incident logs to provide transparency and accountability. Implement effective safety measures and conduct safety training sessions to minimize workplace hazards and accidents. Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in construction supervision, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle project challenges efficiently. Physically fit and able to work in various outdoor conditions, ensuring presence on-site as needed.
